Do I have to pay to finish a story?
No. You can continue reading without paying by using available daily check-in rewards and rewarded ads. You may need to return later, earn rewards or watch ads. Optional purchases offer another way to keep reading with fewer interruptions.
How do I personalize my character?
Set your character’s name and appearance in the app’s character profile. Your chosen name is used within the stories. If your name isn’t appearing as expected, contact support with the book and chapter so we can look into it.
Why can’t I watch another ad or claim a reward?
Rewarded ads depend on availability and the daily limits shown in the app. Check your connection and any on-screen limit or timer. If a completed reward appears to be missing, send support the approximate time, your device type and what happened.
What should I do if the app or a purchase isn’t working?
Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, and check Google Play for an available update. If the issue continues, email support with your device, app version, and a description or screenshot. For a purchase issue, include the order reference if available. Never send your password or full payment-card details.
Can I read offline?
A network connection is recommended. Previously loaded content may remain visible temporarily, but complete offline reading is not guaranteed.
